Annoying Error

I spent the day trying to track down an error where the people relation displays as if it's the mailrecipients relation. No luck yet.

Some Progess

I made some progress on the debugging front, but still need to do more.

Error Issues

I'm struggling with a "sizelimit exceeded" error return from ldap.

Manager Sort of Works

I fixed the problem so that I am now able to create a new ldap directory manager, but there are still problems that need to be solved.

LDAP Manager

I did the dtml file changes and I started debugging the changes.

Mail Recipients

I modified the code of the Zope LDAP Manager to support the MailRecipient relation. I still need to check the dtml files and debug the code.

Success

I got the matrix ou to work and moved on to adding mailrecipient to the zope manager.

Schema Issues

I helped Greg investigate his ldap query problems. It turns out that the query only works if (objectclass=stsciperson) is included. I looked for the problem with ope ldap manager and it looks like it is not reading the ldif file correctly. Will have to figure out why.

Modified Schema

I modified the LDAP Schema to rmove obsolete attributes and add the new one (stsciMatrixUnit) that was successful, but still can't get the zope ldap amager to read it.

Feature not Bug

The matrixOu did not appear because it is not yet in the schema. I found the code that checks this in Zschema. I looked some more at revising the schema files, they're a little more complicated than expected.
