STWebSearch

I did more work on the STWebSearch bug (550576) and mostly fixed it. The error that find threw is gone. The only remaining problem is that STWebSearch objects don't sort in the proper order. I'm trying to figure that out. I also helped Greg test the event manager.

Zope Find

I worked on the problem that Leigh reported, namely that the STWebSearch module doesn't support the find operation. (It also doesn't support view.) The search for a fix drove me deep into the guts of Zope, from which I have yet to emerge.

I spent the day gathering the info needed for the SAGE deployment document and writing it. I still need to talk to Steve and Dan to clear up some issues.

More LDAP

Greg identified some more LDAP problems and I fixed them. I also added the websearch page to the list of urls to ignore in the bad link checker.

SAGE and LDAP

Today I met with the SAGE folks to determine where we stood on the SAGEDB work. Greg has been makeing changes in the Event Manager, which have ubcovered problems in the Institute Branch information in LDAP> I've been fixing these errors as he's reported them.

Remedy

Installed

I managed to install WWW::Mechanize by doing a "force." However, it failed quite a few tests, so I'm not sure how much I can trust it.
