I spent the day debugging the trend analysis software. I got it mostly
working (the daily report anyway) except for the last entry of the
day, which gets trashed for reasons I understand but haven't got a fix
for yet.

I finished coding the trend analysis code (trendfile.pl) and started
debugging it.

In the morning I continued work on the trend analysis code. In the
afternoon I ran tests against the new version of Zope on 8083 and
responded to a problem that Gretchen reported in reseting user
passwords on TWiki. I looked at the source code and saw there was no
way the source code could work. I searched the web for a problem
report and found that there was an error in the version we had
installed. I grabbed the latest version and I am checking the
differences before I install the changed pages.

In the morning I did a fix for Greg's edit mode bug and answered a
TWiki administration question. I worked on Lynn's problem/tend
analysis in the afternoon.

I put together a list of links to test the move to the new version of
Zope. I reviewed a cgi script for security holes. And I modified the
Trendfile module to use the completed version of Timeline.

More work on Lynn's problem, specifically finishing and testime the
Timerange module and splitting out a separate Time module.

I helped Mike with the POSKey repairs, which unfortunately left some
stuff unfixed. I also started work on Lynn performance monitoring tool
and wrote one of two major classes, Timerange, which does all the date
manipulation.

I worked some more on ews while Mike ran the fix script. Afterwards I
diagnosed the inevitable problems and modified recreateSTCatalog. I
also talked to Lynn about doing some work on the trend plots while
she's away on vacation.
