Today I debugged the problem I was having with the revised standard
header in Zope and wrote up a test plan. I also added some "goof
proof" code to the phonebook creation script, but it is not yet
working.

I spent the day converting Zope so that it uses the Virtual Host
Monster. Testung shows that there is a problem with the physical url
being exposed. I'll have to look into that on Monday. I also read
another chapter in my LDAP book, on LDIF and DSML.

Glen tested the Palm phonebook product and had some complaints and
problems that I spent some time chasing down. Jim asked me to do some
work so the web site can use Virtual Host Monster. So far I've deleted
the sitePoints. I also did some miscellaneous work on the LDAP 2 project.

I wrote the test plan for the Palm phonebook product, delivered it,
and fixed the inevitable bug that the tester found. I reviewed the
LDAP code I had written and set up a nightly cron job to run a test
of the code. I committed the catalog conversion code I had written for
the Zope web farm project to CVS.

Today I worked on debugging outstanding problems with the LDAP
manager.

Today I finished revising the documentation for the Palm phonebbok
project. I aslo discussed the outstanding issues with the LDAP user
interface with Harry.

Today I reviewed the list of requests for updates to the LDAP user
interface to determine how much effort it would tak to implement
them. This involved delving through the code for STLDAPManager. Happy
first day of spring.

Anne wants the login method in Zope to return to the page it was
called from. I've tried various chanhes, but so far it doesn't work.

I started out the morning by looking at the results of running
sitecheck against gojira. I had to rerun sitecheck against jwst because
I mistakenly had put ngst in the list of folders to check. Then I
wrote a short script to check the ldap directory for bogus
names like "awards". While I was testing it, ldap crashed and we spent
some time trying to figure the problem out. Then I returned to the
recataloging problem. I figured out that our error was in the
Vocabulary. I modified the script to delete and recreate the
Vocabulary, but it threw an error on the recreate part. I'll finish
the debugging tomorrow.
