I installed fixes for the Project Wiki and stsci standard header in
the morning. In the afternoon I finished testing the metrics script
and handed it off to Mike Wiggs and Leigh McCuen.

I help the last (sob) Zope Zealots meeting today and tested the
metrics script, which seems close to working.

I finished coding the metrics script and have started testing it. I
also tested Jim's Projectwiki fix.

I installed the STObjects and STZClass changes on the production Zope
system and worked the solutions to the three Zope puzzles.

Today I spent most of my time coding the metrics script.

I created accounts for the new ESS curators. I fixed a bug in
sitecheck that left temporary files lying around. I did some checking
of the log files and found a user downloading our entire site, who
Mike blocked. I found the problem in export which caused it to fail
with an authentication error. This finished the debugging of the
authenticate module. I started work on rewriting the metrics script.

I recopied Kia's folder to /stsci_org/ess/stt. I did some debugging of
the authentication module without really finding anything. I created a
couple of user accounts. I wrote a short script to find the maximum
site depth.

I finished the script that crawls the site and reports memory
growth. It's called walker.pl. I added to user accounts to Zope. I
moved the shortcuts and navigation fixes to production to support the
acs move.

I'll have to modify sitecheck so that it deletes the *.wlt files that
linbot creates.

Today I worked on a script that crawls the site and checks for growing
memory after each GET. I did some debugging of the authorize module,
with no great success. I ran the zope zealots meeting. I installed the
stt directory tree for Kia. I helped debug the problems with the
restart of Zope on feline. I tested the localNav patch and the baseTag
patch.

Today I moved the shortcut and localnav changes to test. This changes
are needed to support the new acsfolder, which is coming. I notified
the group about a growing url problem and modified sitecheck to detect
growing urls.
