The raw data comprise approximately 0.5 terabytes and will be of interest mainly to those users looking for time-variable sources. Typical internet bandwidths will make electronic retrieval of these data slow for most users, and we will consider delivery using hard media such as DVDs. To assess the demand, we ask those who intend to use the raw data to sign up on this preliminary list by January 10, 2004.
Shortly thereafter, we will announce the raw data release policy and provide a final sign-up list.
